We're looking for a senior creative leader with a strong foundation in art direction and performance marketing to shape bold, insight-led campaigns for global B2B audiences.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and technologypartnering closely with internal teams, external agencies, and production partners to deliver work that drives measurable business impact across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is both conceptually sharp and execution-focused, with hands-on experience using AI to elevate creative output and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creative ideation and development for always-on and campaign-based marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals.
- Concept, refine, and evolve high-impact performance ideas informed by audience insights, testing frameworks, and historical results.
- Collaborate as part of an in-house creative group while guiding external agencies to deliver consistent, best-in-class creative across digital ads, web, and sales enablement assets.
- Apply AI and generative tools to accelerate ideation, enhance production workflows, and experiment with new creative approaches.
- Set creative direction for testing and optimization plans, translating performance data into actionable creative improvements.
- Present creative work, rationale, and results to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, analytics, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and strong creative alignment.
- Develop and produce visual design elementsincluding layouts, typography, color systems, and imagerythat strengthen campaign storytelling.
- Stay current on advertising trends, emerging technologies, and platform innovations, applying relevant insights to ongoing work.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading creative or design work within advertising, marketing, or digital performance environments (typically 7+ years).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven campaigns, refined art direction, and clear business impact.
- Hands-on experience with AI and generative tools for creative ideation and production.
- Proven exposure to regional or multi-market campaigns across Southeast Asia, with Greater China experience a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing and digital advertising ecosystems, including performance-led creative strategies.
- High level of proficiency with modern design and motion tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, GenAI platforms).
- Ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams, external agencies, and senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
