Maintain and enhance the centralized WiFi management platform
Ensure platform scalability, resilience, and security for multi-customer environments.
Automate provisioning and configuration workflows where possible.
Implement enterprise-grade WiFi securityand ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
Monitor system health and proactively address performance degradationincluding support root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex wireless issues.
Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to support onboarding, cutover, and lifecycle management.
Provide and update technical documentation, post-deployment reports, and platform insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated with emerging WiFi standards (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7)and industry trends to evaluate and propose new tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the Managed WiFi offering.
