We specialize in delivering end-to-end HR technology solutions with a strong focus on Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and HR digital transformation.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Oracle HCM Consultant to drive end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The role involves solution ownership, client engagement, and leadership across functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex HCM programs.

Experience

  • 8-12 years of overall HCM / ERP experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Proven experience leading full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from requirement gathering to go-live and post-production support.
  • Own functional solution design, configuration strategy, and module architecture.
  • Act as the primary client-facing consultant and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Mentor and guide Senior Consultants and functional team members.
  • Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT), data migration, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and data security guidelines.
  • Support presales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and demonstrations, as required.

Oracle HCM Module Exposure

The two Lead roles will collectively cover the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules:

  • Core HR
  • Absence Management
  • Payroll
  • Time & Labor
  • Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Learning)
  • Compensation

Required Skills

  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in global or multi-country implementations.
  • Strong documentation and team leadership capabilities.
