Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Oracle HCM Consultant to drive end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. The role involves solution ownership, client engagement, and leadership across functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex HCM programs.
Experience
- 8-12 years of overall HCM / ERP experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from requirement gathering to go-live and post-production support.
- Own functional solution design, configuration strategy, and module architecture.
- Act as the primary client-facing consultant and manage senior stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement workshops, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Mentor and guide Senior Consultants and functional team members.
- Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT), data migration, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and data security guidelines.
- Support presales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and demonstrations, as required.
Oracle HCM Module Exposure
The two Lead roles will collectively cover the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- Time & Labor
- Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Learning)
- Compensation
Required Skills
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in global or multi-country implementations.
- Strong documentation and team leadership capabilities.
