These responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of client operations, business processes, data infrastructure, and technological capabilities to identify opportunities for AI implementation and optimization.
- Developing tailored AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with the client's goals, which involve selecting suitable AI technologies, algorithms, and platforms.
- Designing, developing, training, and validating AI models and solutions, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing systems.
- Overseeing and managing AI projects from conception through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
- Preparing and cleansing data, performing feature engineering, and ensuring data is suitable for AI model training.
- Evaluating AI model performance, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing models based on feedback and changing data.
- Providing technical advice on selecting AI tools, platforms, and frameworks tailored to specific business needs.
- Facilitating integration of AI solutions with existing business systems and workflows.
- Ensuring AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and mitigating algorithmic biases.
- Delivering training, workshops, and support to client teams to enable adoption and optimal use of AI technologies.
- Maintaining and updating AI systems post-deployment to ensure continued relevance, performance, and scalability.

The successful candidate will need to possess:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- More than 3 years of of experience in data & AI solutioning, presales, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and mitigating algorithmic biases.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
