Job Summary

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules by gathering and analyzing client business requirements, designing efficient system solutions, and configuring and testing modules to drive successful HR transformation outcomes. You will engage clients throughout the project lifecycle, provide training and documentation, and deliver post-implementation technical support to ensure sustained value and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze business requirements, advising on efficient SAP SuccessFactors system solutions that align with client objectives
  • Guide clients in re-engineering business processes and present alternative system design options to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Configure and rigorously test SAP SuccessFactors modules to ensure functionality meets client needs and quality standards
  • Perform or support data migration activities to ensure accurate and seamless transfer of HR data into SAP SuccessFactors systems
  • Set up relevant data within configured modules to demonstrate end-to-end business processes to clients and collect actionable feedback for system refinement.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients on SAP SuccessFactors module usage, enhancing user adoption and proficiency.
  • Document detailed business requirements, training materials, and project documentation to establish clear baselines and support successful project completion.
  • Provide responsive post-implementation technical support by diagnosing issues, delivering fixes, and implementing new features based on evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Engage proactively with large organizational stakeholders using consultative communication and presentation skills to build strong client relationships and navigate project challenges.
