Responsibilities:
- Act as L3 escalation point for complex production incidents and drive root cause analysis
- Ensure availability, stability, and performance of infrastructure aligned to SLA
- Manage Windows Server environments, including Hyper-V and Failover Clustering
- Support VMware platforms (vSphere / ESXi) and hybrid cloud environments (AWS / GCP)
- Oversee enterprise hardware and hyper-converged platforms (e.g. HPE, UCS, VxRail)
- Drive automation using PowerShell, Python, and workflow tools
- Perform infrastructure risk assessment and review technical changes
- Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and system security
- Support monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Collaborate with architects, project teams, and stakeholders on improvements
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Windows infrastructure (enterprise environment)
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Failover Clustering
- Experience with VMware (vSphere / ESXi)
- Exposure to AWS and/or GCP
- Hands-on with enterprise hardware and hyper-converged platforms
- Experience in automation using PowerShell and/or Python
- Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure layers (network, storage, OS)
- Experience with Active Directory, patching, monitoring, and security tools
- Background in financial services / production support environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure incidents
Working arrangement:
- Rotating shifts aligned to Europe hours
- On-call support on a rotational basis
