LEAD - Change Management

Change Management professional is responsible for planning, leading, and supporting organizational change initiatives related to operational transformation, digitalization, process improvements, ERP implementations, automation, restructuring, and continuous improvement programs.

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for manufacturing transformation initiatives.
• Drive Change Impact analysis, Training, Adoption, Communication and other Change Management activities
• Drive stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support leadership alignment and transition during change initiatives.
• Experience in change management, manufacturing operations, transformation programs, or project management.
• Understanding of manufacturing environments and operational processes.
