We are seeking a Singaporean Change Management Lead (Information technology related only) who will support organizational communication, stakeholder engagement, information alignment, and digital touchpoint consistency. The role includes supporting information architecture alignment, developing newsletters, executing townhalls, and managing platform branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the alignment and ongoing maintenance of information architecture across multiple platforms.
  • Develop required artefacts, engage stakeholders, and provide recommendations to ensure proper alignment of information structures.
  • Design, write, and publish newsletters.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of townhalls including logistics, content preparation, and event management.
  • Identify alignment opportunities across all digital touchpoints and ensure consistency in platform branding.
  • Support the management of award nominations for digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear, consistent, and effective change communication.
  • Develop communication materials and change management deliverables as required.
  • Implement change management strategies and best practices for project delivery, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, tools, or methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain Singapore MSD security clearance CAT1.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in change management, corporate communications, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
  • Experience in planning corporate events such as townhalls.
  • Understanding of information architecture and digital communication channels.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in IT project delivery, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Experience in change management for project delivery, including managing transitions, adoption, and training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with government agencies or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with branding, digital experience design, or user experience principles.
  • Knowledge of communication planning frameworks and change management methodologies.
