RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Senior Care Centre(s)
Maintain high standards of care and programmes that enhance seniors health, function, and quality of life
Oversee referrals, assessments, client onboarding, and NMTS/Financial Assistance processes
Manage staff deployment, rosters, and cross-centre coverage
Support budget management and cost-effective centre operations
Ensure accurate documentation, attendance records, claims submissions, and audit readiness
Supervise Centre Managers, Supervisors, and care staff (non-clinical oversight)
Work closely with clinical professionals (Nurses, Therapists)
Partner with HR on manpower planning, recruitment, and training needs
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Ensure compliance with AIC/MOH service requirements and licensing standards
Develop, review, and implement SOPs
Conduct internal audits and investigations when required
Oversee food safety, hygiene, facilities management, and vendor management
Collaborate with partners to develop programmes and initiatives
Work with Communications & Development to secure donations, sponsorships, and volunteers
Build strong partnerships within the active ageing ecosyst
Degree/Diploma in Nursing, Therapy, Social Work, or other relevant care profession (advantageous)
OTHER INFORMATIONWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our Senior Care Centre. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder partnerships. The incumbent will report to the Head, Regional Services and should possess the following:
At least 5 years of experience managing health or community care services, with supervisory responsibilities
Degree/Diploma in Nursing, Therapy, Social Work, or other relevant care profession (advantageous)
Certifications in food safety, fire safety, or facilities management are advantageous
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical, approachable, and collaborative working style
