We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for a highly motivated and responsible Lead Carpenter.
Job Description
- He/ she must be able to read and understand construction drawings and execute it.
- Able to understand the requirements from designer, consultant, project manager or any other relevant parties who is involved in the project.
- Able to travel to site and take site measurements and calculate the size and material needed.
- Able to lead a team to execute the work properly and handover the works in time and good workmanship.
- Able to work under tight timeline and handle stress at some point of time.
Job Qualifications/ Requirements
- Proven experience as carpenter
- Hands on experience in working with carpentery material and equipment.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of fabrication and installation.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
- Has a valid class 3 driving license.
