Lead, Business IT Systems (Healthcare Industry)

Our Client

Our client is a core pillar in Singapores healthcare industry, staunchly committed to providing exceptional healthcare to the nation. In line with continued development plans, the organisation is looking for a Business IT Systems Lead to implement meaningful and functional systems which improves capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Business Systems Project Lead, you will play a critical role in the following:

• System Development: Working with internal stakeholders on requirements and vendors, create and test operational and functional IT Systems.
• Stakeholder Management and Presentation: Understand business and operational requirements, presenting IT solutions to stakeholders and promoting system adoption.
• System Implementation: Lead and support organisational system implementation, providing training and post-rollout support
• Planning & Governance: Ensure governance control measures are in place for operational process and system enhancements.

Key Requirements

• Degree holder in IT / Computer Science with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Software Development and Systems Implementation
• Good experience with Project Management, and relevant certifications (CITPM, PMP etc) will be advantageous.
• Possess and apply design thinking principles, translating workflows into clear, user-friendly system specifications
• Hands-on experience in application development across both .NET and low-code environments (e.g., OutSystems).
