About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a high-impact transformation program. This is a Team Lead role where you will play a pivotal part in modernizing and enhancing legacy technology platforms, while preparing the foundation for next-generation systems powered by AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business analysis function within the transformation program, defining, documenting, and managing requirements.
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand current processes and systems, ensuring enhancements align with strategic goals.
- Support delivery teams working on legacy platforms and major enhancements in the first year.
- Contribute to shaping workflows that will enable future AI-driven capabilities and modernization initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with stakeholders across multiple business domains.
- Ensure traceability and alignment of requirements through delivery cycles.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to other analysts and contribute to best practices across the team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong background working with legacy system enhancements as well as modern technology initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
- Experience documenting workflows, requirements, and business processes to a high standard.
- Ability to manage priorities in complex environments with multiple dependencies.
- Exposure to programs involving automation, AI, or data-driven transformation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
