Our client is a leading enterprise, looking to on-board a Lead Bid Manager to lead complex bid and proposal initiatives across the region.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end bid management, including capture planning, solution integration, and final submission.
- Drive qualification assessments, win-themes, and bid strategy alongside sales leaders.
- Manage timelines, workstreams, approvals, and bid documentation with excellence.
- Maintain risk registers, ensure governance compliance, and support contract negotiations.
- Produce post-bid reviews and handovers for delivery teams.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and product capabilities.
What You'll Bring:
- At least 15 years of experience in bid/proposal management within Tech, Telcos, Regional/Global SIs.
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise bids in APAC with service-led or mixed service-product organisations.
- Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics and enterprise RFP processes.
- Strong end-to-end bid lifecycle expertise, including capture, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
