Job Description:

• 9+ years of experience in Microsoft Data & Analytics, with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric architecture, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and enterprise data platforms.
• Design and implement Microsoft Fabric Workspace architecture, following best practices for scalability, performance, governance, lifecycle management, and enterprise standards.
• Define and implement data governance, security, authentication, authorization, RBAC, workspace access, and data protection across Fabric and Power BI environments.
• Architect and configure CI/CD deployment pipelines using Fabric/Power BI Deployment Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git integration, and automated release processes.
• Design and develop Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows, and other Fabric workloads, ensuring robust data integration and transformation architectures.
• Build and optimize enterprise-grade Power BI Semantic Models, including star schemas, relationships, DAX, calculation groups, RLS/OLS, incremental refresh, and performance optimization.
• Lead the design and development of complex Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring usability, performance, visualization standards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, documentation, and mentoring to development teams while driving Fabric adoption, best practices, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.
