Lead AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted application modernization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-driven migration, code conversion, modernization, and transformation solutions. This role requires a combination of software engineering, AI/ML expertise, and Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) experience to accelerate enterprise modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions to automate software migration, code conversion, refactoring, testing, and modernization activities.

• Develop AI-powered frameworks leveraging LLMs, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures.

• Build and optimize migration accelerators for legacy-to-modern platform transformations.

• Apply AI-assisted engineering methodologies to improve productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.

• Lead modernization initiatives involving cloud migration, application transformation, and platform upgrades.

• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define AI-driven transformation strategies.

• Implement governance, observability, security, and responsible AI practices across AI solutions.

• Perform solution design, estimation, proof-of-concepts, and technical leadership for large-scale enterprise engagements.

• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging Agentic AI frameworks and technologies.
