Job Description
Join us and lead the next wave of digital transformation. As the AI Automation Lead, you will drive the strategic adoption of AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation to design and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives, build new capabilities, and deliver tangible business value while shaping the future of banking through innovation, data, and technology.
Responsibilities:-
- Lead the discovery, design, development, testing and deployment of enterprise AI and automation solutions
- Build AI agents, intelligent workflows and retrieval-augmented generation solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Power Platform
- Integrate AI capabilities securely into banking applications, workflows and data platforms
- Establish reusable architectures, components, prompts, connectors and engineering standards
- Optimise token usage, model performance, response latency and cost while maintaining solution quality
- Embed Responsible AI, information security, data privacy, model risk and regulatory controls throughout the solution lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers, developers and approved citizen developers
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technology partners to shape the Bank's AI automation roadmap.
Requirements:-
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of technology experience, including 3 to 5 years in AI, intelligent automation, cloud-native development or Microsoft Power Platform delivery
- Strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions in production
- Expertise in AI engineering areas such as prompt and context engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, model evaluation, guardrails and token optimisation
- Proficiency in Python, APIs, cloud integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD and modern engineering practices
- Experience in banking, financial services or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to balance innovation, speed, cost and risk.
