About the Team:
The Latin America Financial Services team is focused on delivering convenient, intuitive, and accessible financial solutions to users in Brazil, Mexico, and other regional markets. From BNPL and personal lending to merchant-focused financial tools, we're building the infrastructure to support the growth of e-commerce across LATAM.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the Lending product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Work with payment partners to integrate Lending solutions (self-licensed, white-label, or co-branded) into our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Lending transactions, including customer onboarding and issue resolution.
- Partner with the analytics team to create reports, KPIs, and dashboards for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely handling of issues related to Lending services.
- Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in the Lending space.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments, BNPL, lending, finance, or eCommerce sectors.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for working across global teams.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including idea generation,roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product launch.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
