Lashing Specialist

The role of a Stevedore Cargo Master is to perform lashing/Unlashing operations on board vessels, vessel berthing/unberthing operations, plugging/unplugging operations, and water bunkering operations at PSA Container Terminal.

Salary Package Includes: Basic Salary + Overtime Pay (OT) + Meal Incentive + Transport Incentive + Other Allowances & Performance Incentives Location: PSA Port, Pasir Panjang.

Key Responsibilities:

.Responsible for the positioning and securing of containers on board.

.Ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.

.Operate lashing gears safely following SOP.

.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

.Follow all safety rules and procedures.

Requirements:

.No experience needed (training provided!)

.Able to work at heights is a plus

.Willing to work on rotating shifts and outdoors
