Ability to fabricate structures of various substrates
Ability to set up, program, operate, or tend woodworking machines, such as drill presses, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, or wood-nailing machines.
Maintain and carry minor repair and ensure machinery in good working condition.
Must be able to draw, read and understand detailed dimensions.
Travel to the worksite to preview, take measurements, provide recommendations for materials and methods.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to lead and direct a outdoor work team.
Ability to develop productive work schedule and on various projects to maximise profitability
Manage and maintain RISK MANAGEMENT in documents and in practice
Work well with others within the department
Ability to perform other tasks as instructed around the shop including maintaining a clean work environment
