Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Chinese language teaching
Strong background in curriculum planning and academic management
Experience in handling students and parent communications
Ability to lead a department and take on supervisory responsibilities
Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications preferred
Proficient in Mandarin ability to teach bilingually is an advantage
