Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Teach Chinese language courses to students of various age groups and proficiency levels

• Lead and manage the Chinese Language Department

• Develop, review, and implement structured Chinese language curriculum and teaching materials

• Plan lesson schedules, assessments, and learning outcomes in line with the centre's academic standards

• Oversee academic quality, teaching methodology, and curriculum improvement initiatives

• Provide academic guidance and feedback to students

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students progress and learning development

• Handle student-related and parent-related academic matters professionally

• Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and centre development activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Chinese language teaching

• Strong background in curriculum planning and academic management

• Experience in handling students and parent communications

• Ability to lead a department and take on supervisory responsibilities

• Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications preferred

• Proficient in Mandarin ability to teach bilingually is an advantage
