Landscape Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for department sales and profit budgets.
• Do site visits, understand customer's requirements, estimate costs, prepare tender quotations and bill of quantities and submit tender.
• Design landscape and interiorscape work.
• Prepare project maintenance schedules and reports.
• Project co-ordination and site inspections.
• Monitor project progress, calculate materials order materials and ensure delivery.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors and site workers.
• Schedule workers daily jobs and overseas landscape activities at the site.
• Manage and provide guidance to the landscape team.
• Other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• Must be dynamic, pro-active and meticulous.
• Strong leadership quality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• Possess good command of written and spoken English.
