Able to conceptualise and carry out feasibility studies and lead production of concept packages
Has leadership skills and is to lead and manage a team
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, including conducting presentations to consultants and/or client
Ensure tender drawings and material specifications are comprehensive and high quality
Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with Clients, Project Director, external consultants and contractors
Able to resolve any arising project and site issues
Ensures design quality, best practices and meets Authority compliances
Attends site inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans and design intent
Requirements:
A recognised professional Bachelors/ Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university in the list of recognised universities by International Federation of Landscape Architects(IFLA) and/or Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects (SILA)
Minimum 2 to 5 years or more of working experience in relevant field including concept design and implementation stages
Proficient in CAD operation and BIM is an advantage
Proficient in graphic software
Softscape knowledge is an advantage
Experience in a variety of project types including high profile placemaking, nature theme developments, master planning, urban design, public realm and parks, residential, commercial and mix use developments
SILA full member and/or Accredited Landscape Architect is an advantage
ABC waters design experience and/or ABC Waters Professional (ABCWP) registered with SILA is an advantage
Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with ability to think and work independently and confidently, and be a team player.
