The Land Surveyor is responsible in ensuring accurate land measurements and site layout for building projects undertaken by the Company.
- Conduct land, topographical, and as-built surveys for construction projects.
- Perform site setting-out and verification in accordance with engineering drawings.
- Use surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Levels) to gather field data.
- Prepare survey reports, drawings, and maintain proper documentation.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory and safety standards.
The Requirements
- Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- Proficient in surveying software and equipment (e.g., Leica, Trimble, AutoCAD).
- Registered Surveyor under SISV will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience with BTO and gov sector
