LAND SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Conduct horizontal and vertical alignment checks throughout the duration of the project to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Perform initial and final site measurements, compiling detailed reports for both design planning and as-built documentation.
• Prepare and validate setting-out data, including required calculations, to support construction activities.
• Establish and maintain control points, including setting out of building grids, pile caps, and capping beams at various project phases.
• Execute field surveys to collect data essential for base drawings and engineering assessments.
• Immediately report any inconsistencies between site conditions and design drawings to the relevant teams for resolution.
• Set out grid lines accurately during the initial construction phase and monitor them throughout the build.
• Conduct regular calibration and verification of survey instruments to maintain measurement accuracy.
• Ensure all field coordinate data is consistent with approved construction drawings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of pre-cast beam installation or viaduct alignment control will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
