Key Responsibilities/Duties

Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for the Survey Team
Plan and conduct surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations and other measurements
Establish and traverse main control points for horizontal and vertical surveys
Establish monitoring procedures that provide sufficient information on structural stability of structures subjected to horizontal and vertical movements
Conduct survey setting out, as-built survey and settlement monitoring for construction work
Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
Manage and maintain survey instruments and survey data and records, Lead and support Construction work
Prepare and maintain sketches, maps and reports of surveys to describe, certify and assume liability of work performed
Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients and other stakeholders at site
Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
