Land Surveyor

Job Duties

• Reports to the Project Engineer.
• Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles.
• Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage.
• Surveys may include land use, housing and traffic patterns.
• Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or relevant qualifications.
• 3 years experience in building surveying.
• Knowledge in pre-cast installation and verticality control is an advantage.
• Comfortable with full day 6 days work week.
