Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our construction team.

Responsibilities:

. Carry out topographic and construction surveys for project execution.

. Perform setting out works for infrastructure, drainage, roads, manholes and pipelines.

. Liaise with Licensed Surveyor on pre-computations and site boundary setting out.

. Establish benchmarks, reference points and check levels during construction stages.

. Prepare as-built survey reports for submission to Project Engineer.

. Assist Civil & Structural teams in alignment and site setting out works.

. Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, Theodolite and leveling instruments

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Engineering (Civil/Structural) or equivalent.

. Minimum 3 years of relevant site surveying experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.

. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel.

. Able to read construction drawings.

. Responsible, able to work independently and in a team.

. Monday to Saturday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
