Land Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare setting out plan and calculations
• Coordinate work progression and directions
• Conduct periodic and final check on completed works to ensure position, level and vertically are within allowance
• Perform site survey and setting out to facilitate construction works
• Manage and maintain survey instruments and survey data and records
• Liaise with client and contractors on survey matters
• Report to immediate superior regarding any discrepancies
• Maintains and store accurate notes, records, and drawing files for active projects

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Land Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years surveying work experience, preferably in civil engineering projects
• Familiar with local survey requirements and practices
• Proficiency in AutoCad and Microsoft Office applications are an added advantage
