LAND SURVEYOR

1. Responsibilities:

. Carry out land and engineering surveys, capping beam and pile cap setting out survey, traverse main and sub control lines

. Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage

. Prepare setting out data and pre calculation as per requirement

. Carry out routine building alignment (horizontal and vertical) survey during the course of the project, perform field surveying to obtain data for base plans

. Make accurate Pre-measurements and survey report for engineering to design

. Ensure all coordinates on field alignment to match up to construction drawing

. Any discrepancy between construction drawing and site condition to address immediately to Project team and Engineering

. Make accurate post- measurements and survey report for as-built drawing

. Periodic check & verify Survey instruments

2. Requirements:

. Experience in LTA projects

. Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
