We are seeking a full-time Land Surveyor for an on-site role based in Singapore. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting field surveys and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include site measurement, boundary marking, topographical surveys, and liaising with project teams to ensure accurate data collection, interpretation, and communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in land surveying techniques, including cadastral, topographical, and measured building surveys
- Experience with modern surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
- Familiarity with local surveying regulations and standards
- A diploma or degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, or a related field
- A Class 3 Driver's License
- Professional certification or membership with a recognised surveying body is an advantage.
- Previous experience in public sector projects will be considered a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
