We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment, oversight of laboratory inventory, coordination of chemical procurement and related administrative activities, and support of research, development, quality control, and diagnostic operations incompliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Key job responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments and supplies for experiments
- Assist and support chemists and engineers with experimental work
- Prepare samples, reagents and standards needed for analysis
- Maintain healthy stock levels of laboratory inventory such as chemicals and consumables for smooth operation through regular stock-taking
- Liaise with suppliers for procurement of lab chemicals, consumables and equipments
- Calibration, verification and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness and organization
- Data entry and preparation of lab reports
- Work with finance to ensure proper documentation of purchases, deliveries and inventories stock count.
- Any other appropriate duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related fields are welcome to apply.
- Candidate should possess strong academic background in chemistry coursework
- Candidate should possess knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and practices
- Candidate should be proficient in standard laboratory techniques, including handling chemicals, preparing solutions, conducting experiments.
- Candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different suppliers and stakeholders.
- Experience with analytical instruments such as spectrometers and titration equipment is preferred
