LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Lighthouse Testing Services Pte Ltd is looking for a Lab Technician / Lab Analyst to join our laboratory team.

Job Responsibilities

. Perform laboratory testing and analysis of samples according to established procedures and standards.

. Prepare samples, reagents, equipment, and instruments required for testing.

. Operate laboratory instruments and equipment properly and safely.

. Record test results accurately and maintain proper laboratory documentation.

. Ensure testing is carried out in accordance with laboratory procedures and quality requirements.

. Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping within the laboratory.

. Assist with calibration, verification, and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment.

. Follow laboratory safety procedures and proper handling of chemicals and samples.

. Assist with other laboratory duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Management.

Requirements

. Minimum NITEC / Diploma or equivalent.

. Previous laboratory experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

. Able to follow laboratory procedures and work instructions carefully.

. Good attention to detail and accuracy in recording results.

. Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

. Basic computer and documentation skills.

. Candidates with experience in petroleum, marine fuel, oil, water, or chemical testing will have an advantage.

. Able and willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts as required.
