Laboratory Officer / Senior Laboratory Officer (FAB), IME

Job Responsibilities:

• Working Location: Science Park area or One North area
• Working hours: 4334, 9am-9pm or weekday 2nd day shift 2pm-11pm (subject to requests).
• Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers. (Include equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers)
• Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.
• Work with internal and external parties to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to integration owner.
• Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites (subject to requests).
• Identify and address potential areas for improvements such as cycle time, utilization, and cost.
• Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment under supervision.
• Understand and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• Strong adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures.
• Proficient in operating semiconductor equipment and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer processing is a plus.
• Able to transport wafers in cleanroom and coordinate logistics.
• Independent, responsible, able to work in a team and comply to work inside cleanroom for minimum 910hrs.
