Lab Engineer

Job Description& Responsibilities:

. Maintain R&D lab, manage R&D assets and project materials, equipment calibration,

documentation and compliance/safety practices. Ensure continuous compliance with

safety standards and regulatory qualifications

. Assist R&D design engineers to conduct engineering experiments, prototype builds,

characterization test and failure analysis. Analyse results and provide technical

reports

. Laisse with vendors to develop solutions, source materials and equipment for new

R&D projects

. Create training documents and work instructions for R&D organization

Qualification:

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering

. 3 or more years of product development/test engineering experiences

. Familiar with optical and electrical test and measurement instruments, hands-on

experience in equipment setup and test fixtures design

. A team player, highly self-motivated, initiative, collaborative and diligent.

. Strong written and verbal communication skills

. Bilingual in both English and Chinese would be an advantage
