Job Description

Typically:

Operates as skilled guardian of analytical techniques applied within workgroup
Initializes the implementation of new developments to further improve the laboratory support
Performs complex analytical projects (including project proposals) in an effective way
Challenges project proposals to make sure that deliverables are fit for purpose for operation
Realizes ongoing improvements (efficiency and quality) of methods routinely applied
Makes sure that the non-routine work to support operational units is fit for purpose
Follows analytical developments inside and outside Business in area of expertise
Provides technical training/coaching to staff.
