Job Description

Develop, configure, and enhance SmartStream TLM applications to support reconciliation processes and automation.
Configure and implement solutions using the SmartStream TLM application suite, including TLM Control, TLM Smart Studio, TLM Recon Admin, TLM View and MI.
Work closely with users and project teams to design, build, test and deliver solutions.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test cases and test designs.
Manage configuration/code changes and maintain development and test environments.
Support application upgrades, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and platform maintenance.
Follow delivery governance processes and provide regular updates to project teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with SmartStream TLM 2.4 and TLM 3.0 or later versions.
Strong hands-on experience with the SmartStream TLM application suite, including TLM Control, TLM Smart Studio, TLM Recon Admin, TLM View and MI.
Good knowledge of at least one database platform: Oracle, Sybase, or Microsoft SQL Server.
Good knowledge of at least two operating systems: Windows, Unix and/or Linux.
Solid solution configuration and implementation experience, including front-end application configuration and database table updates.
Experience in application upgrades, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and environment maintenance.
Familiarity with unit testing, SIT, UAT, test case design, and configuration/code management.
Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
