L2 Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities:. Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact to business
. Put in controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth the functioning of production systems
. Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
. Stakeholder relationships across all groups within the Bank ensuring alignment to common objectives and fulfillment of criteria and requirements across the various businesses and units.
. Member of the development/ implementation team (including off-shore) working on assigned tasks, projects, and it initiatives.
. Interacts with members and other functional teams including members of the offshore team
. Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities
. Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/ procedures, including change and incident management process
. Provide general administrative support to the team including meetings, knowledge transfer, and activity reporting
. Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
. Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancement/upgrades

Mandatory Skills Description:. At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Web Based and Client Server applications
running on Unix Shell Script, Spring Boot Java, DB, cloud knowledge, Linux/Unix and Windows environment.
. Working experience in Banking Industry.
. Experience in troubleshooting/optimizing/debugging/writing SQLs, Java
. Experience in L2 support with analytical skills
