You'll monitor and support F5 load balancers, firewalls, and network security systems, helping ensure smooth operations across our IT infrastructure.
Reponsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot F5 load balancers and firewall devices.
- Resolve network/security issues or escalate them to the right teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and solutions.
- Work closely with senior engineers to implement changes and improvements.
Experience:
- 4+ years of IT experience, including 3+ year in a Command Centre or similar operations role.
- CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) certification required.
- CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ preferred.
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification required.
- Hands-on experience with F5 and firewall technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good communication.
