JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: L2 Application Support

Location: Singapore

Experience: 5-15 Years

L2 technicians handle escalated tickets from L1, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and work closely with development and engineering teams when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in L2 Support, application support, or software engineering.

  • Experience in providingL1 & L2 technical support in Banking.
  • Strong experience withUnix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
  • Experience working with relational databases (Oracle Database & Pl/SQL).
  • String knowledge of Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and web application troubleshooting.
