L1-L1.5 Technical Lead

Must have

• Troubleshooting skills on IAM Area
• High level understandings on IAM and PAM tools
• Understanding of Operations & Support Delivery model
• Incident Management Process
• An understanding of basic Windows/Linux server level commands
• Basic experience on writing scripts at server level (VB script/ java script/ batch scripts)

Good to Have

• Performed technical support role in any of the CSP/IS projects
• Worked for international client projects
• Should have interest to work in 24/7 project
