. Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/ notebooks, and related IT devices
. Assist with network connectivity and access to network resources
. Prepare and deploy desktop/ notebook system images
. Perform user account management tasks, including account creation, deletion, modification, password resets, etc, in accordance with the Customer's policies and procedures
. Assist to install applications and software, including apply patches and software updates to end-user computing devices
. Carry out any other Level 1 IT support tasks as assigned by the Customer.
. The Personnel shall be required to perform all duties on-site at the Customer's office, unless otherwise required by the Customer.
