Job Description

  • Experienced in High-Potential (HiPo) Learning & Development, preferably managing programmes for a workforce of 500 employees and more.

The successful candidate will join the Corporate Learning Centre within the Human Resources Division. You will develop and execute targeted leadership programmes and initiatives to strengthen leadership competencies and build a strong pipeline of leaders across the enterprise and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design an integrated Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum aligned with the organisation's leadership strategy. Serve as a learning roadmap, guiding staff on relevant training for career progression and step-up competencies.
  • Manage external training consultants to deliver LPD programs, ensuring a high-quality training experience with effective pre- and post-course reinforcement.
  • Source and implement leadership and behavioural assessments (independently or with Talent Management) and provide tailored leadership interventions to close competency gaps.
  • Curate leadership and executive programmes, conferences, and roundtables from Centres of Excellence or Institutes of Higher Learning to meet individual development needs.
  • Co-develop leadership content for senior leader Management Trainers to support a leader-as-coach culture, sharing knowledge and experience across the organisation.
  • Periodically review in-house continuing education schemes to ensure alignment with organisational and national workforce initiatives.
  • Maintain relevance and quality of onboarding programmes for new joiners.
  • Promote leadership and people development across the organisation.
  • Oversee all logistics and administrative matters related to leadership training, supported by the Learning Shared Services Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in Leadership & People Development or Talent Management
  • WSA Advanced Certificate in Training & Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA)
  • WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is an advantage
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Resourceful, analytical, and strong conceptual thinking
  • Data analysis skills
