Job Title: KYC Specialist

5,000 8,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

About The Role
We are seeking experienced KYC Specialists to join our team and support ongoing AML/KYC initiatives. The role involves conducting holistic reviews, performing Source of Wealth (SOW) assessments, and ensuring compliance with MAS and HKMA AML/CFT requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to manage cases promptly and contribute to maintaining strong compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and review Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform Source of Wealth (SOW) benchmarking and prepare detailed write-ups.
- Carry out risk assessment reviews and document findings.
- Manage cases efficiently and ensure timely completion of reviews.
- Provide subject matter expertise on MAS and HKMA AML/CFT regulations.
- Work closely with engagement managers on status tracking and MI reporting for accurate project monitoring.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance in all KYC reviews.
- Participate in holistic KYC reviews for Private Banking / High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) customer segments.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven Source of Wealth (SOW) review experience.
- Prior banking industry experience.
- Experience handling Private Banking / HNWI customer segments.
- Strong track record in conducting holistic KYC reviews.
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a KYC Specialist or in a similar AML/KYC role.
- Strong knowledge of MAS and HKMA AML/CFT requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle both checker and maker responsibilities depending on role seniority.
- Must be able to work on-site 100% of the time.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Open to Singaporeans / local candidates only.
