Role : KYC & Source of Wealth (SoW) Reviewer
Location : Singapore
Type : 1 year contract on Nuway's payroll
We are seeking an experienced KYC & SoW Reviewer to act as a secondary check for all KYC profiles and Source of Wealth documentation prepared by Makers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, and a keen eye for detail. This role ensures that all assessments are accurate, coherent, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct second-level reviews of KYC and SoW assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Validate the plausibility, coherence, and sufficiency of Source of Wealth narratives and supporting documentation.
- Ensure risk ratings, customer profiles, and red flags are correctly identified, documented, and addressed.
- Provide constructive feedback to Makers to improve quality, consistency, and adherence to policy standards.
- Escalate high-risk or unclear cases to the Delivery Lead or Compliance team, as appropriate.
- Maintain quality assurance records and contribute to internal audit preparedness.
- Collaborate with the team to promote best practices in KYC and SoW documentation and review processes.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence, or related financial crime compliance functions.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations and compliance requirements for KYC and Source of Wealth.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Experience in quality assurance, risk assessment, or compliance review is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
