We are currently partnering with a leading financial institution to hire a PDC Manager to support KYC and client onboarding activities, with a focus on FI and Corporate clients, including Dubai-based clients (booking in Singapore).
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level KYC professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and verification of FI & Corporate clients
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on KYC files processed offshore (KL)
- Maintain and enhance policies, procedures, and local controls
- Act as a bridge between Compliance and KYC teams
- Provide support on regulatory and process improvement projects
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in KYC / Client Onboarding
- Strong exposure to QA / file review / quality control
- Excellent procedural writing (SOPs / policies) skills
- Experience with FI / Corporate clients
- Ability to work in a supporting, non-senior role within a team
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Dow Jones / Factiva
- Experience with 6i QA framework
