KYC Onboarding Senior Associate, Digital Assets

We are partnering with a regulated digital assets platform to hire a KYC Onboarding Associate / Senior Associate to manage the end-to-end onboarding of corporate and institutional clients. This role combines client-facing communication with hands-on corporate KYC and due diligence, working closely with Compliance, Legal, Sales and Operations to ensure a smooth, compliant onboarding journey.A great opportunity for someone who is operationally strong, client-focused, and solutions-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate client onboarding from document collection to approval
• Perform screening, SOF/SOW checks, and ownership reviews
• Act as the primary onboarding contact for clients
• Resolve onboarding issues while balancing compliance and client experience
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate or institutional onboarding KYC with prior exposure to crypto/digital assets/fintech or the payments industry
• Strong client communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated environments
