Job Description

As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting client onboarding and account opening activities while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for institutional and corporate clients
Partner with front-office teams to prioritise onboarding requests and manage delivery timelines
Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process
Drive documentation collection, review, and account opening requirements
Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
Provide timely updates on onboarding status and potential risks or delays
Escalate issues proactively and identify solutions to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess:

Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline
Min 2+ years of experience within KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, Account Opening, or related operations functions
Previous experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management capacity
Strong understanding of KYC and onboarding processes within financial services
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with data analysis and reporting would be advantageous
A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
