Health Specialist (Commission based)

Probation Salary: Basic$1600 - $2200
After Probation: Full Commission based (Up to $6000 - $8000)
Work location: Islandwide
Working days & hours: Based on schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Working directly with clients as their primary Health Specialist, delivering personalised training sessions and health coaching at the client's location
Building and maintaining strong client relationships grounded in trust, attentiveness, and care
Upholding the standard of service across every client interaction
Contributing to client retention and the overall experience of working with our company

Requirements:

No prior fitness or training experience required as full in-house training is provided
